Connect includes a variety of question types that allows professors to customize their assignments. In addition to multiple choice and short answer questions, they can assign a variety of learning activities such as videos, interactive presentations, and more. Professors can easily build assignments to meet their specific needs, as well as the needs of their students.
The flow on the left defines the path that a professor would take when building an assignment. They have the option to write their own questions, or to utilize defined questions from a question bank repository.
The figure on the right is a dashboard view of the professors assignment as it is being created. In this view, instructors can select the type of questions and the learning objective of the assignment. Professors can also choose to have the assignment graded automatically by utilizing auto-grade functionality.
